Shipping Policy: Fancy Dress | Retail use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & Parcel Force 24 services. These services will require a signature by you, the customer on delivery. Should a signature not be available at time of delivery, a card will be left and the parcel returned to your nearest depot for collection. When Will My Order Be Shipped? Your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed in accordance with our working days. Therefore should you order on a Monday you order will usually be dispatched on a Tuesday. However, as we work Monday to Friday, should you order Friday your order will not leave our premises until the following Monday. Orders should then take no longer than 2 working days from dispatched date to reach you. However, due to any circumstances that are out of our control (postal strikes, etc), we ask that you leave 4 full working days from the date of placing your order to contact us for tracking information. When you order has been dispatched you will recieve an email with the updated order status of 'DISPATCHED'
Returns Policy: All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. If you're not completely satisfied with any purchase we will gladly exchange it for another product or refund the total cost of the product(s). - Please contact our returns department here to obtain your returns authorisation number.
- Customers have 7 days from receipt of delivery to inform us of any unwanted items for a refund.
- Products must be unworn, undamaged and returned in the full original packaging.
- We would request that the following items are returned in unopened packaging wherever possible: Teeth, Wigs, Tights, Earrings, Underwear, Make-Up and Facial Hair due to hygiene reasons.
We recommend you return the item(s) in the packaging they arrived using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go amiss in the post. We request that at VERY LEAST you obtain a certificate of posting. Exchanges are welcome however we can only provide this service once per order. As you can appreciate exchanging items more than once takes considerable administration time. As we are not a manufacturer, the whole product and packaging must be returned in the same condition you received it and how you may expect to receive it. Unfortunately we have no direct control over postal companies delivery times and as such can only offer guidelines as to delivery times. We can't be held responsible for perceived late delivery. Please give yourself plenty of time to order and receive your required item as we cannot offer refunds due to late delivery unless Fancy Dress Retail have caused the delay by not operating within our terms. Although we endeavour to complete your return as soon as possible it can take up to 30 days for any credit to appear in your bank account due to banking and administration operations. Please note: Fancy Dress | Retail are not responsible for delivery charges incurred unless returning or exchanging faulty items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
